Woot Woot! Where the 10-week'rs at?
Just finished my first week at FXB in SD! Anyone else new to this program and want to add me as a friend? Wouldn't mind trading ideas for nutrition and help keep each other motivated.

With a new crop of 10 weekers starting tomorrow, it might be a good idea to get some topics going. I am a 12 week member of the Farrell's "cult".
