OK so I just completed the 24 day advocare challege and lost 10 lbs! GREAT RIGHT?! problem is now what? How is everyone else getting the pounds down? I feel like if I dont have something wrote down or someone keeping me accountable I go back to the old me! ANY addvice would be great!?
