I'm loving the app called "Map My Walk". I can start it, stick my phone in my pocket, do my exercise and it syncs to "My Fitness Pal." So easy and simple... and free. Does anyone else have an app they recommend?
Even though we are focusing on having healthy, fit bodies... remember.... you are not your body. Be kind to yourself no matter what shape your body is in. Your body's only real function is to get your head from room to room ;)
I've noticed I'm always lacking in Protein. Do you eat the calories you exercise away? For example, let's pretend you're supposed to eat 1500 calories a day. If you burn 500 calories exercising, to you allow yourself to eat those exercise-calories, for a total of 2000, or do you just write them off? Personally I just write them off . . . unless I'm especially hungry.
