The three tenets of the Dirty Eating Group: 1. Even Dirty foods need love. 2. As long as one is meeting their daily caloric and macronutrient requirements, all food is fair game. 3. Dirty Eating should not be confused with Dirty Dancing, though sometimes they go well together.

Logging Cheats
The bf and I are having Chinese take-away tonight. We haven't had any in months, but it sounds great so we're going there!
