Logged everything today thread
My biggest challenge is not logging everything on MFP. If anyone has an issue with that maybe we can check in here and hopefully it can help us reach our 5 lb goal in 4 weeks.

I promised myself to loose the weight…i saved money for lap band…but the more I read the more discouraged I get…have to get down to the heart of the issue…less food…bottom line So today I weighed 190.2 …highest ever….logged in just will post progress everyday...

So I am on holidays 4 weeks today I need to drop 5 or more so I need people to help keep me accountable Goal log everything, don't eat more than 1500 cal or have a min of 750 cal deficit. Excercise everyday meaning walk run and weights
