My biggest challenge is not logging everything on MFP. If anyone has an issue with that maybe we can check in here and hopefully it can help us reach our 5 lb goal in 4 weeks.
I promised myself to loose the weight…i saved money for lap band…but the more I read the more discouraged I get…have to get down to the heart of the issue…less food…bottom line So today I weighed 190.2 …highest ever….logged in just will post progress everyday...
