So I am on holidays 4 weeks today I need to drop 5 or more so I need people to help keep me accountable
Goal log everything, don't eat more than 1500 cal or have a min of 750 cal deficit. Excercise everyday meaning walk run and weights

I really need this too. Few years ago I lost almost 30 pounds, but over the last year I've gained 15 of them back. I need to step up and stop being so lazy. I'm holiday until art school starts on August 11th, so I'm going to try to get into good eating/exercising habits before that. I'm going to be moving to the art school's accommodation, so I won't have my trusted exercise bike with me. I'll try to start walking a bit more and maybe even get back to running so I can keep it up after moving.
My aim is to lose at least 0,5kg/1lbs per week or more. I'd be happy if I could lose 4-6lbs before school starts.

This is a great idea. I tend to be really enthusiastic at first, but then after a couple pounds come off I loose enthusiasm and stop tracking, or get lazy. I especially have problems after long-distance workouts and thinking I can eat as much as I did when I was younger. If I stay with this for a month and meet the 5 pound challenge, that would be great! Here's to being accountable!0

i am setting my standards high this next week. hour and half walk( hate running) and little black dress challenge. low calories and lots of sleep. hope i will see a impact in the weeks to come. i hope we all do great this next week and best of luck. this is for you. i have grown to love myself no matter how much i weigh and that is why i want to do this. i may be able to look in the mirror still but i would rather want to look in the mirror.0
