Doesn't look like anyone has posted here in a few years. :( Maybe this will get it started again. I'd like some real life people to talk to , meet up with, work out with, do outdoor activities with, motivate with & be motivated by. :)
I was looking at the groups page and saw this pop up... I've lived in Wake Forest since 1991 and have 2 boys (at the 2 different high schools in Wake Forest -- because it would be WAAAAAAY too easy to have them at the same school!). I'm 51 and am just embarking on trying to get back to a normal weight again.... well, a NEW…
after a 15 month journey thus far, my weight loss has plateaued for a few months now. anyone else have this situation? my fitness level is going outstanding and my diet still has highs and lows but things are slowing down on the weight loss end.
