My hardest part about staying on the right track is WORK I do great all day until I go to work at Buffalo Wild Wings where there are not any good choices, and I bring snacks it's just a hard craving to overcome.. Any suggestions?!

Hello All, I'm a Chef so I am tasting food all day. I don't know if I should log every taste, cause that seems like a lot. I'm learning what are tastes for the job and what are me picking at food. But this is super hard. Any advice? Do you log your official tastes?
