My hardest part about staying on the right track is WORK I do great all day until I go to work at Buffalo Wild Wings where there are not any good choices, and I bring snacks it's just a hard craving to overcome.. Any suggestions?!

Do your best to make sure you don't get FAMISHED. If I'm not hungry, I won't pick at dinner rolls, french fries, olives, maraschino cherries, etc.. Bringing snacks is key. If you can, try to eat something healthy before you start your shift. Sipping on a water bottle all night long helps me also, because sometimes I mistake thirst for hunger.
Don't ever let this job torture you. I know of people who have snuck food into the bathroom and eaten them on the toilet, whether for blood sugar purposes or whatever. Do what you gotta do.
Stuff I like to bring is: baby carrots, celery, chopped up fruit, and greek yogurt.0
