I started a "Welcome Summer" 108 Days of Yoga Challenge today 1st June (Saturday). Since it's the topic other than yoga that we're all here for, what does "eating clean" mean to you? To some, it might mean only whole, unprocessed foods. To someone else, it might mean no grains or refined sugars. So, who all do we have here? What's your interpretation of "clean"? ^__^
I can't be the only Yogi out here? I can't be the only one that has experimented with trying to see how their body feels when they eliminate all processed foods. I'm no expert. This is a work in progress. But we can do this together. PLEASE JOIN! LET'S GET A NICE AND ACTIVE GROUP GOING!! Namaste!
