Returning to competition
One of my goals this year is to go to a tournament as a competitor. I haven't been inside the ring other than as an official in 20 years. I just got a flyer today that the next tournament in my area is on 9/16. Suddenly nervous.

Starting a TaeKwonDo class?
A new dance studio is opening up and they asked me to start a TKD class. I am a 2nd degree black belt and have taught many times at the school that I studied in but starting from scratch is going to be new to me. Any suggestions?
