What are you doing outside of classes for training?
Is your focus mainly on fitness, forms, basics or ..?

    A mix of cardio, strength (mostly bodyweight stuff with a couple of Olympic type lifts), and flexibility. Many of the solo drills I do (for BJJ) answer all three categories and sorta work on skill development (all though it doesn't really replicate rolling/live grappling).

    Those definitely look challenging and include some serious core work!
