I am following the MFP 1200 cals per day and pretty much the LAWL Gold program. I hike 3 times per week yet this morning I weighed myself to find I gained 1/2 pound!!!!! What is going on? Often times I do not eat the bars because not hungry. HELP!!! Zazzy
Hi, What do you substitute if you do not consume the LA Lites (or whatever bar you choose). I most often do not eat the bars so what should I eat instead? If I do not eat my calories are about 800+ which I realize is too low.... Thanks.... Zazzy

Okay so there's less than 10 of us on MFP and it looks like this group hasn't been active in about a year. Anyone still around? No one understands the weird rules of our plan like other LAWL people. We need to support each other!
