I started using the My Fitness Pal app just after New Years and have already lost 16 lbs! But the past couple of meets my motivation has gone south and I'm in a bit of a standstill (and a massive pig out this past weekend didn't help either). What do you do to stay motivated?
Just joined the group and started my diet today, Starting at 230 lbs., hoping to get to 200 by Summer vacation. (August). Its a lofty goal but I think I can do it.
I have started the Body by Vi 90-day challenge. I drink a shake for breakfast and for lunch and eat a sensible dinner. The hardest thing for me was giving up "seconds" at dinner time but I've learned to use a smaller plate and make it look BIG! I am still walking at work and am trying to get some Facebook friends together…
