I have started the Body by Vi 90-day challenge. I drink a shake for breakfast and for lunch and eat a sensible dinner. The hardest thing for me was giving up "seconds" at dinner time but I've learned to use a smaller plate and make it look BIG!
I am still walking at work and am trying to get some Facebook friends together for walks during the evenings.
I can't afford to join and gym AND do body by vi, so I'm trying the shakes for 90 days then hope to weed myself off of them. I have friends that have been doing it for several "challenges" and are still only down 15-20 lbs......that is not the range I want to see spending $55/month on shake mix! I do have to admit.......it is YUMMY!! I never ate breakfast or lunch very much before, so now I feel more full by dinner and am not starving when I get off of work! If you'd like to know more without pressure, just ask. I don't sell, but can get you the mix without hounding you every week for more product!
