The next 90 days - lets do a total makeover
In the next 90 days we are going to do a total makeover... my new challenge is to try and get to 181lbs that would be 100 lbs down since I started Octobert of 2011.... everyone lets get going we can all get healthy together.

No matter what diet you are on whether the 90 day challenge or not it is very important to keep hydrated with water throughout the day to help flush out the toxins in our bodies... How do you handle people who look at you say they want to lo
Whether you are doing Weight Watchers, southbeach, Counting Calories or like I am the Body By Vi 90 day Challenge... isn't it amazing how people say they want to get healthy say they want to get fit... want to lose weight... but want to make no lifestyle change to get there....? Thoughts?
