Make sure you drink plent of water on your diet

No matter what diet you are on whether the 90 day challenge or not it is very important to keep hydrated with water throughout the day to help flush out the toxins in our bodies... I was reading where people say 8 glasses of water a day or to take 1/2 your weight and that is number of oz of water per day I think that seems pretty steep...

What do you guys think...

    Drinking water is my 2nd biggest hurdle so far. I've always heard 8 glasses of water a day, so that's what I'm going by. I'm only drinking 2 20oz. bottles of water a day right now and know I've got to step it up. Any suggestions?

    I actually carry around a little water bottle about 12 oz and keep filling it up and carry it with me... that seems to help me

    Water is a challenge for me as well. I start the day with a 16 oz. bottle of water and won't allow myself to drink anything else until I finish it. Then treat myself to a diet coke and then back to water. My problem is if I drink too much water before working out I have to run to the bathroom during the workout and I get behind. LOL~~ Drinking water after a workout is no problem. I still have a hard time getting in 4 bottles (16 oz. each) every day.
