Running buddy for fall?
Hey all! While it's 100+ degrees outside, I'm perfectly happy running on a treadmill in the air conditioning. However, once it's no longer scorching, I'll start running outside again. I am feeling so overwhelmed with what I have to lose. It's so easy to get discouraged and I feel like it's taking forever. I know it won't happen over night but I'd like it to happen soon.
