Anyone got a good solution for chocolate cravings?
Eating right at the hospital cafeteria for 4 days became quit a challenge. But i must still be doing something right because I've lost 9 lbs since we've started. I didn't track because I couldn't have my phone all the time but when you use this program everyday you evidently retain more than you realize.
:love: I have searched my entire life for an exercise I can really enjoy. I loathe exercise. Finally I was persuaded to join a yoga class at Balance & Harmony and I am in heaven! I had no idea how off balance and weak my core is. I love the breathing and the serenity and the "me" time. Yay!
