Yes, I love it too! I have been practicing yoga for a little over a month now & it's soo good. I may over do it some, am a little sore, but it's a "good kind of sore0

Yoga is something I have been trying lately too. I have a hard time slowing down from my usual workout routine but we are required to do stretching hours for my testing so it has been an interesting experience. It has been great for balance, flexibility and helping to counteract the high impact training that we do.0
