90 Day Challenge Goals
So what is your 90 day goal? And are you on track to hit it? My current 90 day challenge began on March 1st. My goal is 30 pounds down by June 1st. So far I am down 7 pounds on this challenge. Would love to hear everyone else's progress!
Favorite Shake?
What is your favorite Vi-shake? Mine is Butterfinger! 2 scoops Vi-shake 8oz unsweetened Almond Milk 1 teaspoon Peanut butter 1 table spoon sugar free choc syrup 1 teaspoon sugar free butterscotch pudding powder.. Add ice and blend....Delicious and only 240 calories!
