Hi all! Does anyone else have a problem like this? I am SO GOOD all day, healthy eating, exercise, etc. but once dinner is over so is my diet!! And I start snacking on everything!! Any suggestions other than putting a big piece of duct tape over my mouth?

I have been faithfully logging my food for a while now, and just can't seem to get it to move.
