Anyone read the book Lean Habits? I'm working through it. Habit #2 is eating only when hungry. Habit #3 is stopping when you've had just enough. I'm finding this approach life-changing!
Everyone does it (except maybe if you're starving in a third world country...): eats when they're not hungry.
