Do you make the roux separately with oil and flour or do you put the flour + sour cream directly into the vegetables? I've seen different ways of doing this. Yesterday I made Spinach fozelek - I made the roux and added milk and sour cream and then added the spinach to this.

I made these yesterday and they turned out great! I ended up accidentally putting twice as much sugar as the recipe said because I didn't read the directions until the end, where they said use the vanilla sugar as a topping.
