Be wary of the Almarai Chocolate Milk in the DFAC. It says it has 0 sugar but after looking up other chocolate milk it appears it has around 26 grams in a cup. I'm not sure what everyone's allowable daily sugar intake is but that would pretty much ruin me for the day. Just a friendly heads up!
Saw this posted somewhere else. If you go to Exercise, Cardiovascular, and search "Strength Training" you can add in calories burned from lifting.
