June 15th Weigh In
Hey all... thought I would kick us off for this round. Starting weight (on 4/19): 146.5 Current weight (on 6/14): 135 Goal weight: 130 Height: 5'7 Lost about 9 inches since starting, too - I'll take it! Today is the first weigh in for this group "Beach Weigh In!" so I thought we can create a new thread and post our progress. Good luck to everyone and we are all here to motivate. May 22 Weigh In
Checked in on May 15th Post. I mistakenly created a new post for May 22nd before I noticed that all the weigh ins are done under May 15.
Challenge May 15th week
1. Eat a good nutritious breakfast, get our metabolism going!!! 2. Drink at least 64oz or more of water daily 3. Daily exercise either cardio or weight resistance 4. Track both food and exercise in your journal 5. Post your achievements on our thread sometime each day LET'S GO GET'EM GIRLS!!!!!!!!!!!
Beach Weign in!
Sounds good to me, our first weigh in next week? I am in a 100 day challenge to lose the most body weight percentage, so I need all the motiviation I can get. Plus I go on a cruise the end of June and really need to lose about 20lbs by then. :happy:
