Good morning all! I thought that I would start a thread dedicated to measurements. Here's what I'm starting with (I'm not sure where the correct place is for chest measurements. I did mine just under my arm pits): Wt: 161 lbs Waist: 30" Hips: 36" Chest: 36.5"
So, are you guys going to track your progress one of these ways? I haven't decided yet, I am feeling shy about taking pics and I understand inches are lost more than weight on this. What do you plan to do?
No I'm not ready to move on to level 2 just yet lol, I hear it's painful, all those planks! Just want to make sure I'm on the same page as everyone else. Someone posted they were going to do each level for 10 days- that would start level 2 on the 23rd. Is that what youre planning to do? :smile:
How many calories do we burn during a 30 ds level one workout? Would I log it under cardio? Just curious.
