Good morning all! I thought that I would start a thread dedicated to measurements.

Here's what I'm starting with (I'm not sure where the correct place is for chest measurements. I did mine just under my arm pits):

Wt: 161 lbs
Waist: 30"
Hips: 36"
Chest: 36.5"

Idk what's going on with my body, but I don't think any of my stomach measurements are right. I know I shouldn't measure myself often but I have and my measurements keep going up and down. From now on I'm going to attention to leave the tape alone!

it could just be bloat from eating or water weight in your stomach area. i know if i eat anything salty or even sometimes dairy products my stomach is and will stay bloated for a couple days. try doing it first thing in the am if you havent already been doing that. i measured myself after i completed level 1 and was disappointed too i didnt see a big difference so i decided i wouldnt do it again until the end of the shred!

I think bloating and Tmi constipation have effected my measurements. I currently look 6 months pregnant :(
