Hello from Budapest, Hungary ! Well the national diet here is not very diet-friendly. High carbs, bread, pasta and potato with everything and lots of it. It's cheap and filling which is why the majority eat it. as we're land-locked there is very little good fish, just river fish. Trout and salmon are reasonable and not too…
