DAY-3
Well Day 3 is in the books of 87 more days of TURBO JAM!! I dedcided to do cardio party to day. Yep, it totally kicked my butt. I was tired around the 25 minute mark. DAY 10
Only 80 more workouts to go!! I rather look at the bigger number rather then the smaller number!! lol I've only been doing the 20 minute workouts for now but have been going a lil faster.
DAY 9 TURBO JAM
I didnt work out yesterday:( I was to tired from work! I wast even going to work out today either. But I rather lose the weight instead of gaining weight!! SO I did my TJ 20 minutes!! GO ME!!!!
DAY 8-TJ
I just wanted to say that day 8 is done for the day. I couldnt get through cardio party 45 minutes but i get 25 minutes in.. I pushed my self and thats all I could do..I'm sweating up a storm and I feel great!!
I MADE IT A WEEK
WOW!!! I'm so proud of my self I made it a week on a dvd program!!! Only 83 days to go!! They say it takes 6 weeks to make something a habit!!! GO ME!!!
DAY 5-so wanted to stay in bed!!
Here I am at day number 5 and so not wanting to get up and work out this morning. As my bed was calling my name and my body was responding to it. My alarm was beeping and at 4 this morning waiting for me to climb out of bed. Not wanting to leave it I pressed the snooze button and was headed back to dream land. I laid there…
DAY 4
The workout went awesome. I decided to get my workout done before my shift. That was a smart idea by the way. I think I'll start doing them in the mornings. I also decided on the days I work I'll only do the 20 minute workout. 86 days away from being done
DAY 1
Popped in the "LEARN AND BURN" it wasnt to bad. I really didn't start to sweat until the it was over. Probably because it was only 15 minutes, lol. But I do LOVE IT. I can tell this will help burn the fat. Had to remember to tilt my pelvis forward though and not lean back.
starting tomorrow 6/20/2012
SUPER EXCITED!! TURBO JAM FINALLY CAME IN THE MAIL TODAY!!! So, I'll be starting that tomorrow and also I be taking the dreeded "before" pictures. I wont be posting the "before" picture until I get done with my first 30 days. I'll be posting tomorrow to let you know how the work out went!!!
