DAY 1

Popped in the "LEARN AND BURN" it wasnt to bad. I really didn't start to sweat until the it was over. Probably because it was only 15 minutes, lol. But I do LOVE IT. I can tell this will help burn the fat. Had to remember to tilt my pelvis forward though and not lean back.

    Oh you just wait until you get to that LOWER BODY with the resistance band! So good! You will see a change in your legs right away! Do you have the schedule? if not, I can post it or message it to you! :D

    Kim, I actually am in need of the schedule myself. I lost the little booklet that came with my DVDs when I bought them years ago.
