Well I know it is in the middle of the week but have been really busy this week. With that said, try taking a little to yourself this week. Relaxing is helpful so that you will not burn yourself out. Keep up the good work this week and keep me posted.
This week add some weight lifting with your zumba exercise. It can be any type of weight lifting and as many reps as your heart desire. Good luck and keep up the good work.
