We grilled chicken kebabs last night and I packaged one up right away for my lunch today. Having it over mixed greens and for kicks I added sliced strawberries and pumpkin seeds to the salad.
low maitenance lunch
i dont have a microwave or fridge at my work so i need lunches that are low maintenance. i'm also vegetarian. anyways. heres some lunches that i tend to bring. -blue menu bulgar quinoa and chickpeas fried up with veggies and some low cal italian dressing -salad that doesnt wilt (ie no lettuce) peppers, beans, frozen corn,…
leftovers that dont lose anything
Anyone have ideas of things to make for dinner that make good leftovers? You know how some foods just lose something after they are reheated? Thought we could post some ideas of things that keep well in the fridge or freezer! I'll start some research and see what I can find out :)
