Just thought I'd start a spot for checking in. How are everyone's miles coming?? Just walked a mile and swam for twenty minutes...I have no idea what kind of distance I covered. It was pretty slow (so not ready for the Olympics lol). I'll have to figure that one out. :D So let's hear it...miles?
Weekly Goal
So for the first part of August, starting this week really, my goal is 10 miles. I've been slogging my way through C25K, stuck on weeks 5 and 6 because of a mostly mental block that won't let me get past the long runs. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 working my way through the C25K program, and trying to lose post-baby pounds - from the "baby" who is now 2 1/2! I have some bad eating habits that I want to change, and hope that by doing that as well as running and some basic strength exercises I can change my body shape to something I like…
