Well I'm back from vacation. Long walks did not do much good. weighting in today at 231.0
I was at 162 today...2 pounds lost since last week
How has everyone's week gone? I fell a few times with my eating... But am confident it will be a great weigh in this Monday! How was your week?

I just started back at MFP Last week 8/7/2012 when I weight in at 233.2 today 8/13/2012 weight 231. I lost 2 pounds and I will take it, it's a loss. coming back next week strong.:wink: Sorry everyone new to this group posting
