Ok i am going to start doing zumba every morning. My 3 yr wedding anni is next month and i want to lose weight and look better before then. I kno that is alot to ask but i kno i can do it. Is there any specfic reason yall are doing zumba

What do you think about eating before or after doing Zumba. If you do eat before what do you eat and how long before do you eat. If you eat after what do you eat and how long after. I usually eat after but i know some eat before. Just trying to see what everyone thinks and does.

Zumba Challenge
Has anyone participated in a 30 day Zumba challenge. I was just wondering. I love Zumba and I'm ready for a new challenge.
Feeling skinnier and sexier
Does anyone one feel sexier and smaller after a zumba class. I have been doing Zumba for a week but I feel better after I do my class.
New to Zumba
I am new to Zumba. I have Zumba fitness 2 for Wii. I love it. It has great songs. But I was wondering how many times a week should I do it and when do you usaually see results. I created this group so people can chat with other Zumba lovers. And to make Zumba loving friends.
Loving Zumba but need to burn more calories
I go to Zumba a min of 4 times a week and hope to become an instructor some time next year. I love it but lately find i am not out of breath or sweating as much in class even though i try to give it my all. I want to make sure im still burning enough calories since this is my primary source of cardio.
