After 6 weeksof Insanity, I've come to realize two things: 1. I will never be able to do 1-2-3's as fast as they do them on the video.. Im starting insanity in a week and a half. i want to follow the nutrition plan but am looking for help on how you figure out what percentage of your calories come from where if you are eatting something not int he guide please help ;)
