Meal plan

Im starting insanity in a week and a half. i want to follow the nutrition plan but am looking for help on how you figure out what percentage of your calories come from where if you are eatting something not int he guide please help ;)

    I just posted in the other Insanity forum along these same lines: I actually don't follow the Insanity meal plan.. I just track my calories here on MFP and eat mostly healthy meals that my wife cooks up.. As for where to place your calories, I think that would depend on when you are most active.. Me, I workout in the morning, so I try to do most of my calories at that end of the clock. This way, if I'm not as active in the evenings because of kids and other stuff going on, I'm not cramming the most of my calories at the least active part of the day.. The one thing I am chnaging is I'm adding Shakeology into my daily routine.. Haven't started it yet, but it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. That will be my breakfast/morning calorie intake..
