Hi there, I've been going to the Calgary Weight Management Centre since April 2012. I've pretty much seen no weight loss and I'm following the diet super close (except weekends!). Shopping healthy without compromising convenience
Does this even exist? Besides raw, what brands have you found to be one of the healthier choices out there? I went on the grocery tour with Rory and found it to be VERY interesting! I learned about the Greek yoghurt. Anything else?
