We are going to have our Smoothie 101 class tonight after a 6pm recovery workout. We will go over the basics of mastering the Protein Shake aka Smoothie and answering questions. Tonight's Smoothie Menu: Peach Cobbler Smoothie Chunky Monkey Shake and Orangesicle Smoothie Get in tonight!!!
Anyone else having trouble giving up the carbs??!! I did finally substitute whole wheat pasta and whole wheat flour for recipes, but it's so hard giving up the things you love to eat and are used to! Especially when everyone else in the house eats them too!!
Lets get this group up and running!!! I want to have all the challenge members in the group by the end of the week. Pass the word along so I can add everyone in here.
