I think this group has been for the people who are trying to gain back their old figure as well as those who look for refreshing their image. Let us create a plan to make it happen. What do u say?
I'm hoping for some sexy after 30. I sometimes feel like it's "too late" because I didn't start this in my 20's. I'm now closer to 40 than 30 and do not want to look like this any longer. I want to be fit at 40 not fat at 40!
