How do I add my pure barre classic class to my fitness pal account so the calories burned go into my exercise section?
How is this workout? I used to do Cardio Barre (which is LA based) and LOVED it, but now I've moved back east and that franchise doesn't exist here. They are opening up a Pure Barre near me soon and I wanted to know it compares to other barre workouts.
I have a couple barre dvds but only one leaves me feeling challenged, the rest are ok. Anyone have any recommendations? There are no classes near by as I leave in a very rural area.
I've done Pop Physique in the past and became addicted to the three disc set. Now I'm putting it back in my rotation heavily.
