RI30 week 4!!!!
It is the last week of Ripped in 30 and since i'm the only one logging daily i'm going to log the remaining days here. Today is Week 4 day 1 "AKA" Day 22! :drinker: Workout completed!

Day 21 marks the end of week 3. :drinker: Thank God! lol ....It's also *Rest Day*! :bigsmile: I wonder what Week four has instore. :grumble: Also tomorrow is weigh in/ stats report and Day 1 of week 3.

Yay! Day 20 the last workout day for week 3!! Thank God because this level is so hard on my knees. I hope week 4s workout is more knee friendly. Ps can't wait for my rest day tomorrow! :laugh: Keep up the good work!! :bigsmile: Day 20 completed 10 days to go:drinker:
