It is the last week of Ripped in 30 and since i'm the only one logging daily i'm going to log the remaining days here.

Today is Week 4 day 1 "AKA" Day 22! :drinker:

    I'm here, i'm here. I've been on vacation this week and I've been horrible at logging my workouts, but I've been getting them in. I actually did a Turkey Trot this morning.

    So, I'm a week behind so I did Week 3 Day 1!!!!! That was hard!

    Hi All, Day 5 Week 2 for me. Ive gained a pound or .5 kilo here in Australia. My measurements are the same. I ve kept under 1500 calories every day so not sure why ive gained, but i guess i just keep going and hooe for a big drop at soon. Looking forward to last day of week 2 tomorrow

    I lost inches doing 30 DS but gained 2lbs. Keep at it!

    did w3d3 yesterday....
    had to take rest days my knees and back started hurting...must have done something wrong....
    will be finishing w3 this week then next week w4!

    how are you guys doing?

    I haven't been able to do ripped for two days due to illnes :( I did get to do one day of week 3 and thought it was pretty good. I can see why your knees might be hurting though, some of those moves would be hard on them.

    I fell off the wagon. I did 2 days of week 3 and then I got sick. I haven't worked out all week. Jumping back on the wagon tomorrow and starting week 3 over again. I plan on seeing this through. The scale is moving so I don't want to lose momentum.

    Good job for those of you who've stuck with it!!

    Same with me, 3 days off with illness but have done wk 3 the last 2 days and because I had a tummy bug Im down 1.7 kilos (which is 3.7 pounds)
