I am losing weight again but it is now time to exercise. So out comes Sweating to the Oldies. Any one else still have these DVD set?
I was wondering if anyone has Disco Sweat and whether they liked it or not ... I've got Sweatin' 1 and 3 and they are so much fun, I want more! :)

I'm going to use this thread to keep track of my progress in Richard Simmons Project HOPE. I am on my third day following his program and am doing pretty well. I have had a few times of feeling hungry but I have lots of apples and vegetables in the house for those times. Anyone who wants to join me or comment-feel free!
