Hows everyone doing did you all do good the first three days !?? We can do weekly checkins on weight. I will post a topic at the end of the week for it. Its hard for me not to wanna start on Monday instead because im OCD about that. But I forced myself to start on the 1st and havent screwed up yet !
I'm trying to get to the gym 5 days a week. I want to burn the most calories in the least time without being so miserable that I'm discouraged. So far I'm finding that I can burn about 100 cal. per 10 minutes on a treadmill (incline 12, 3.6mph). I'd love some other ideas.
