Hi all, So so week. i lost 1 lb but need to lose 3 more to reach my goal. Extra cardio hear i come.

Hello again all, I just wanted to start a tread for progress so far. As for me i lost a lb! 4 to go. Everyone ok with weigh ins on Mondays? any opinions on this and how to track progress is appreciated. :)
