I forfeit the challenge! (It's all good)

So I've plateaued at 155 for a week. I came to realize that this is probably my optimal weight and my original target of 150 was a little too ambitious. Several people at work told me I look too skinny (not that I care). I also lifted more in the past couple of weeks and I believe my upper body is getting bigger which (hopefully) is the reason for the plateau.

At the moment I am 155.6 lbs, 5'9", with a BMI of 23.0 and body fat between 12.5 and 14% (as per the scale, haven't actually had it measured properly).

I've decided to slowly increase my calorie intake over the next couple of months while lifting more and doing less cardio than I used to. At the moment I have my goal set at losing 1.5 lbs a week (1290 cal per day). So I am going to increase that by 0.5 lbs in one week increments and see how it goes. I would like to either maintain my current weight or bulk up to 160, while maintaining or reducing the body fat percentage.

Good luck to all of you guys, you are doing great. It was fun being a part of the group!

P.S. Have to take "after" pictures and post the end result soon.

Well, my downward journey ended abruptly. Though I didn't gain a lot, it's still annoying..
