I really needed to read this today. Been struggling trying not to get discourage. I too don't diet I cut out all of that stuff and its been touch and go. Menopause for me and a back injury. I like the chair yoga and the chair work out I found for back injuries. I walk up to 3 miles a day. My best friend is a 15lbs Lhasa who keeps me focused! She is bossy!!!! I have 45 lbs to go to my goal.
