2434 days today - logging every single day since May 2012. But I still have gained some back, I'm sad to say. I'm a 55 year old woman and it seems we aren't supposed to eat at all? Oh, well, I'll keep tracking and hope for the best. And maybe move some more :)

I will add that before I started logging I didn’t know anything about food or dieting. I just ate too much. I didn’t know about BMR or TDEE and I thought exercise equalled food, somehow. «One meal = half hour on treadmill».
